Brief description of the purpose of the privacy policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Rolldorado handles personal information collected from visitors to this website. We take data protection seriously - not because we have to, but because it’s the right way to operate. This document tells you what we collect, what we do with it, how we protect it, and what rights you have over your own information. Read it, ask questions if anything’s unclear, and know that we’re not in the business of monetizing your personal details.

Use of the information collected: to improve the site, optimize performance and analyze data

When you visit Roll dorado, certain information gets collected automatically - things like your IP address, browser type, the pages you viewed, and how long you spent on each one. This is pretty standard across the web. We use this data to understand what’s working on the site and what isn’t, to fix technical problems faster, and to make the overall experience less frustrating for everyone.

If you contact us directly via email, we’ll store that correspondence. That’s it. We don’t run user accounts, we don’t collect payment information, and we don’t ask for your date of birth or home address. The data we hold is genuinely minimal.

Analytics data gets processed in aggregated, anonymized form wherever possible. We’re interested in patterns - say, if a particular page has a 90% bounce rate, that tells us something needs fixing. We’re not building profiles on individual users.

We don’t sell personal data. Full stop. No data brokers, no third-party marketing lists, nothing like that.

Description of measures taken to protect personal data

Data security isn’t an afterthought here. Rolldorado uses HTTPS encryption across the entire site, meaning any data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted in transit. Our hosting infrastructure is maintained with regular security updates and access controls - not just left running on autopilot.

Access to any stored personal data is restricted to a small number of authorized personnel. We operate on a need-to-know basis internally. Employees or contractors who don’t need access to personal data simply don’t have it.

We conduct periodic reviews of our data handling practices. No system is 100% bulletproof - anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something - but we do take reasonable and proportionate steps to minimize risk.

In the unlikely event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we’ll notify affected users as quickly as practically possible and take immediate steps to contain it.

Use of cookies

Roll dorado uses cookies as described in our separate Cookie Policy. In the context of privacy, the relevant point is this: cookies that collect any personally identifiable information are handled under the same principles outlined in this document. You have the right to manage cookie preferences at any time. For full details on cookie types and retention periods, please refer to the Cookie Policy page.

Users’ ability to view, modify or delete their personal information

You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you. You have the right to correct inaccurate information. You have the right to request deletion. These aren’t just nice-sounding phrases - they’re genuine rights you can exercise.

To make any such request, contact us at contact@roll-dorado-login.ca. We’ll verify your identity (just to make sure we’re talking to the right person), then respond within 30 days. In most cases it’ll be much faster than that.

If you’ve emailed us and want that correspondence deleted from our records, say so. We’ll handle it. There are limited exceptions - for example, if we’re legally required to retain certain records - but we’ll always be transparent about the reason if we can’t fulfill a deletion request in full.

Contact information

For any privacy-related question, request, or concern, reach us at contact@roll-dorado-login.ca. We don’t have a 24/7 phone line, but email works well and we take these requests seriously. Response time is typically within 2 business days.

Effective date

This Privacy Policy is effective as of January 1, 2026. We’ll update it if our practices change, and the effective date will always reflect the current version. Significant changes will be flagged clearly so you’re not left hunting for what’s different.
